Handover ceremony of new police vehicles

OCS of the police stations should utilise the new police vehicles to strengthen their presence and enhance its services.
This was highlighted by the Commissioner of Police, Pehin Orang Kaya Pendikar Alam CP Dato Paduka Seri Hj Hasrin bin Dato Paduka Hj Sabtu during the handover ceremony of 15 Mitsubishi Lancer type police vehicles for official use by police stations and Immediate Response Squad, Operations Department of the Royal Brunei Police Force.

Also present at the event held at the Logistics Department of the RBPF headquarters, were the Managing Director of GHK Motors Sdn Bhd, YB Pehin Kapitan Lela Diraja Dato Paduka Awg Goh King Chin; Deputy Commissioner of Police, Dato Seri Pahlawan Bahrin bin Mohd Noor; Directors, OCPDs and senior police officers.
GHK Motors Sdn Bhd stated that they were awarded the tender to supply and deliver 15 units of new Mitsubishi Lancer 2.0 EX Sedan and one unit of New Mitsubishi Canter Car Carrier.
All the vehicles are completely built in Japan. Over the years, the police have purchased a large fleet of Mitsubishi vehicles comprising of Pajero 4WD, Magna 380 Sedan, buses, vans and towing trucks.
Meanwhile, GHK Motors Sdn Bhd was also awarded the tender to supply a large fleet of Chevrolet 2.0 Sedan to the police force.
