All-in-one PCs, tablets & speakerphones

Berlin – The new all-in-one PC from Asus, the ET2220 (photo above), has a 21.5-inch touchscreen display and lots of connections, such as five USB ports, a card reader, HDMI inputs and outputs, and an Ethernet port for a network cable.

The operating system is Windows 8. Equipped with an Intel i5-3330 processor, four gigabytes of RAM and a 500 gigabyte hard drive, the ET2220 is available now and costs 899 euros.

Jabra has introduced a new speakerphone, the Speak 510 (photo below).

Like its predecessor, the 410, the circular device can be connected to computers and laptops via a jack-plug or USB.

The 510 also has Bluetooth and works with tablets, smartphones and headsets.

The manufacturer promises a Bluetooth range of up to 100 metres and a battery life of up to 15 hours.

The device can also function as mobile music speaker.

It’s available now for 129 euros (US$170).

The new tablet from MAS has a high resolution display, a 1.5-gigahertz dual-core processor and runs the Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) operating system.

The Xoro Pad 9718 DR has a 9.7-inch touchscreen in 4:3 format and with a display resolution of 2,048 x 1,536 pixels.

Internal memory is 16 gigabytes and an SD slot allows this to be doubled.

There are cameras front and back but their resolution is only two megapixels.

Connection to the Internet can be achieved via wireless only.

The around 600-gramme, 10-millimetre-thick tablet costs 299 euros. (DPA)
