HP (HEWLETT-PACKARD), the global PC industrialist continued its workshops and demos to some 60 participants from corporate agencies and clients amid aims to further expand its product base throughout Brunei.
“There is a line-up of HP’s latest devices and products that will provide clients with high-end technologies and efficiency while reducing costs to obtain technology-centred products,” said Christian Edmond Y Reyes, the Category Director, Printing and Personal Systems, Asia Emerging Countries, Hewlett-Packard Singapore (Sales) Pte Ltd.
The latest state-of-the-art products showcased by HP included the HP EliteDesk 800 G1 Desktop Mini. Dubbed as a business PC, it is packed with integrated enterprise-class performance, security and manageability features. It is smaller than some desk phones and is HP’s smallest business desktop yet.
Another innovative HP product was the HP Z840 Workstation – HP’s highest performing workstation.
“Clients can push their computing frontiers with the HP Z840 Workstation that helps them keep up with big projects as it is built for high-end computing and visualization while delivering outstanding performance in one of the industry’s most expandable chassis,” Christian highlighted.
HP also brings in an evolution of notebooks with its HP Pro x2 612 G1 which is crafted in a suave design that converts to a tablet for full speed on the go. Users can detach the optional product’s keyboard to work on a business ready tablet packed with security features to help protect their device and their business.
In terms of HP printers, they showcased one of their best innovative and smart technology printers – the HP Laserjet Enterprise 700 Colour MFP M775 Series, which enables large-volume, professional-quality colour printing on a wide range of paper sizes, up to A3, with paper capacity up to 4,350 sheets. Clients can preview and edit scanning jobs, centrally manage printing policies, and safeguard sensitive business information.
“User is automatically investing in a robust security that grows with them if they owned this HP Laserjet Enterprise 700 Colour MFP M775 Series as it extends the capabilities of work-team print environments, using a rich array of easy-to-integrate solutions.
“They can add their security solution as well such as card and badge readers through the hardware integration pocket,” highlighted the category director.
The printer is also eco-friendly as it reduces energy use with Instant-on Technology, reduces paper use by up to 50 per cent using automatic two-sided printing, and reduces waste as it scan, store and distribute documents digitally.
