AWARDS were presented to staff at Sugar Bun’s fourth annual dinner which was based on the theme of ‘Hari Raya 60s and 70s’ and was held at the Star Lodge Hotel recently.
The event began with a welcoming speech by Sugar Bun’s Managing Director, Chan Fui Meng, followed by the presentation of awards.
The award for ‘Best Performance Branch’ went to Kuala Belait, while the Manggis and Rimba branches came in second and third places respectively. Muhammad Yusuf received the ‘Best Rider & Delivery’ award, while the ‘Best Improvement Staff’ awards went to both Muhammad Saiful Bahri and Cherry J Ablin. Also, Abdur Rosyid was awarded for ‘Best Service Crew’ and Khirman Diwana was awarded ‘Best Store Manager’.
The awards recognise the outstanding efforts made by the staff of Sugar Bun across the country. Growth in sales is attributed mainly to the commitment, hard work and dedication of these teams and their management.
The annual dinner was made livelier with games, quizzes as well as dance and singing performances. Guests also had the chance to win prizes from the lucky draws held throughout the evening.
