The Fitness Festival will take place from 10am to 6pm, with two breaks in between, for call of prayers at 12pm and 3pm.
Several gyms will be stationed around the venue, to encourage visiting families to take a break from their busy schedules and exercise together.
Among the participating health clubs are GFC, Poni Divers, Athos Fencing, Brunei’s Fencing Federation, Kendo, APEX Taekwondo and Fitness Zone
There will also be a special showcase, featuring the children of Pusat Ehsan, and a special class from Fitness Zone, which will be followed by a 45-minute Bootcamp session with Helmi Abdullah.
The festival will use a voucher system for the gym participation, which will be available at $10 and $1 denominations.
The voucher booklets will be available for purchase during the event, but members of the public can also purchase booklets from Pusat Ehsan, RBRC, Under Armour, The Marathon Shop, Fitness Zone, Kimchi Restaurant and the Paddington House of Pancakes.
