THE Rizqun Coffee House at the Rizqun International Hotel is now offering a ‘Flavour of Oriental – Pan-Fry & Clay Pot’ Buffet special from January 5 starting at 6.30pm to 10.00pm every Monday to Friday of the week until January 30.
The main course’s menu will vary every day, comprising Baked Potato with Cream Cheese Sauce, Fried Udon with Char Siew Chicken, Udang Assam Manis, Gulai Kambing, Sayur Nangka Muda Masak Lemak, Mix Vegetable with Garlic Sauce, Sambal Goreng Ubi Kentang, Singapore Fried Mee hoon with Fish Cake, Ikan Merah Masak Assam Pedas, Ayam Sambal Belado, Daging Rendang, Sayur Umbut Kelapa Kuah Santan, Cap Cay with Japanese Tofu, Potato Au Gratin, Tom Yam Fried Yellow Noodle with Seafood and many more.
Also on rotation will be the soup dishes that comprise Chicken Tom Yam, Hot and Sour Soup, Miso Soup with Prawn and Vegetables, Fish Maw Soup with Crab Meat and Mushroom, Prawn Bisque, and Spice Roasted Duck Soup with Salted Vegetables.
Special dishes included in this dinner buffet set is the Pan-Fry. With a selection of sauces that include Tom Yam, Chinese Barbeque, Oriental Black Pepper, Creamy Butter Milk, Teriyaki, Bulgogi and Chouc Nam Dips to choose from to add with a variety of food with the likes of slice beef, slice boneless chicken leg, slice lamb shoulder, peeled prawn, slice fish, mussel, squid, three types of seafood balls, Japanese tofu, Japanese Dumplings and different types of vegetables and assorted condiments to suit your fancy.
Also available are the Honey and Black Pepper Sizzling Beef Rib, Flavour of Noodles Counter serving Wantan Noodles Soup and Yong Tau Fu Soup, as well as nine varieties of appetisers that offers assorted Maki Rolls, Mixed Green Salad with choice of condiments, Local Kerabu and three types of Amuse Bouche among others, as well as an assortment of desserts, sure to satisfy any cravings.
