A FORMER Smart Well Supervisor of Brunei Shell Petroleum Sdn Bhd (BSP) yesterday pleaded not guilty to seven charges of cheating his principal yesterday in the Bandar Magistrate’s Court.
Osman bin Haji Mohammad was represented by Harif Ibrahim.
Chief magistrate Muhammed Faisal PD Kefli fixed February 24 to set trial dates.
DPP Pg Jasmine Pg Hj Bahrin preferred charges against Osman of having used Time/Work Sheet containing false particulars of two Completion Supervisors of Amrtur Corporation Sdn Bhd, who worked under his supervision, to deceive and mislead BSP into approving payments for the two Completion Supervisors on seven occasions.
The defendant’s bail of $12,000 or in two local sureties was extended.
