AS PART of its promotion, Seasons Restaurant of Royal Brunei Catering is offering Indian cuisine dinner buffet on Thursdays and Saturdays from February 5 to March 28 from 7pm to 10pm.
Themed ‘Flavours of Spices’, the promotion also marks the latest collaboration with Brunei Halal where dishes such as Roasted Lamb Raan, Lamb Korma and Balti Fish Head Curry with Ladies Finger and Aloo Gobi are infused with Brunei Halal sauces.
Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Brunei Halal, Feby Latip, said this collaboration between the company and RBC shows the sauces used can cater not only to home cooking but restaurants too.
She said that the products have proven to help make meals quick and easy, adding that Brunei Halal is delivering nutritional and quality products to the world.
Other dishes in the buffet line are assorted Naan Bread, Chapati and Paratta as well as desserts such as Jalabi Sweets, Gulab Jamun, Samolina Cake and Green Bean Porridge with Sago.
Seasons is also offering an all-time Bruneian favourite dish, Biryani, since January 21 with three types of protein – chicken, mutton and salmon.
Each plate of Biryani is garnished with cashew nuts and two slices of hard-boiled egg along with condiments and a glass of Teh Tarik. It is available every day from 7am to 10pm.
