FITNESS Zone recently celebrated the World Heart Day at its multi-purpose hall. The two-hour event, called “Pump and Punch”, was opened to members of the public.
Around 100 participants attended the event and were involved in two of the Les Mills group exercise classes, BodyPump and BodyCombat, conducted by Fitness Zone.
According to the Managing Director, Wu Chun, for more than 11 years in the fitness industry, Fitness Zone’s number one goal is “to change lives through fitness”.
He said, “It has always been our team’s utmost endeavour to introduce and promote a healthy lifestyle by encouraging the people and residents of Brunei to engage themselves in exercising that will surely help them achieve a better, healthier and fitter life. That is why we ensure that we actively participate with health and fitness related international celebrations.”
For the month of October, Fitness Zone will be conducting Kid’s Ballet and Kids Aerobic Dance Classes which both are specially designed to encourage children to have fun and to get fit at the same time.
Wu Chun said, “I hope this is best for my daughter and in Fitness Zone, our certified ballet instructor is one of the best in town.”
Fitness Zone will be launching the new tracks and moves for their licenced Les Mills programmes on October 6 to 11. This event is open to the public. For further enquiries, contact Fitness Zone Branches.
