IN USHERING in the season’s festivities, Choices Restaurant at The Brunei Hotel is preparing a special promotion for diners featuring a selection of seasonal dinner dishes on Christmas Eve tonight and set lunch dishes on Christmas Day tomorrow.
Featuring popular Western festive favourites, Choices Restaurant aims to make the festive season more special with a variety of flavours on offer.
The main course offered in the celebration promotion includes Fillet Mignon, Ribeye Five and Top Sirloin, and Choices Restaurant highlighted that it will only serve grass-fed beef.
On the seafood entrees, the dishes on offer are grilled salmon with Tabbouleh, barbecued cod fish with Thai dressing, grilled tiger prawns and broiled half lobster tail.
Other scrumptious dishes on offer include Provencal braised boneless chicken Marengo, moist lemon chicken with herbs, broiled herbs marinated lamb shank and blackened lamb griddle.
All main dishes are served with tossed field vegetables and flavoured quinoa with a serving of the ‘soup of the day’, a mini sliced cake as dessert and a cup of freshly brewed coffee.
Sales, Catering and Event Manager Kee Taufek Kee Harith added that the restaurant will also be giving away special festive cookies for every set menu ordered, and they are also extending the promotion for New Year’s Eve Dinner and New Year’s Day lunch.
