IN CONJUNCTION with the year end festive celebrations, Royal Brunei Catering (RBC) will be offering various meals at two of their esteemed restaurants, Anjung Saujana, which is located at Brunei International Airport, and Seasons Restaurant, located at The Centrepoint in Gadong. Both restaurants will be offering Year End Festive Celebration on December 24 and December 25.
Anjung Saujana will be having its Special Day Buffet Dinner on December 24, from 7pm to 10pm which will feature some of the alluring dishes such as Baked Sting Ray with Sambal Panggang served with Tamarind Dressing, Chilli Mussels Hot and Spicy, Laksa Nyonya with Condiments and many more.
On the next day, December 25, the restaurant will offer Special Day Buffet Trunch from 11am to 5pm. There will be plenty of tantalising food to choose from such as Lamb Briyani, Turkey Mac and Cheese, Meat Loaf with Herb gravy and Breaded Mussels with Wasabi Mayo among others.
On both consecutive days, they will be serving the delicious Roasted Turkey with Chestnut Stuffing on the carving station.
The Seasons Restaurant will be having December Special Dinner Buffet on December 24 from 7pm to 10pm. The carving station will host the Baked Atlantic Salmon stuffed with Mushroom and Spinach. On the main course, ample food selection to choose from such as the Pot Roast Beef, Butter Cream Prawns and Steamed Chicken with Chinese Herb among the lot.
On December 25, Seasons Restaurant will offer diners December Special Buffet Trunch from 11am to 4pm. The food stalls include Seafood on Ice, Laksa Johor and Carving Station which feature the Oven Baked Barramundi with Mui Kong Paste.
During this promotional period, extensive colourful display of mouth-watering desserts are available for customers such as RBC’s popular dessert, Bread and Butter Pudding, Mango Cheesecake, Assorted Fruit Tarts and more.
RBC Dining Privilege Card holders are entitled to a 10 per cent discount for these offers.
