THE Filipino Association in Brunei (FAB) will be celebrating the Pasko Ng Pinoy, the Christmas and Year-End Celebration for the Philippines community in Brunei on December 7 at the Multipurpose Hall of Scout Headquarters in Kampong Beribi.
The aim of this event is to alleviate the homesickness of the Philippines workers during the cherished occasion and to allow the Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) to experience the national spirit of Christmas in this country.
On that day, the organiser will conduct various activities for the attendees. Nestor Z Ochoa, the Philippine Ambassador to Brunei Darussalam, will attend as the guest of honour and will be officiating the event.
In a press release, the association is welcoming any sort of sponsorship, such as mineral waters and many more. Interested sponsors can contact the association at 8203258.
The celebration is supported by Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade and Philippines Embassy in Brunei Darussalam.
