DPMM FC are pursuing former Hull City forward Craig Fagan and Scottish-born Northern Ireland professional player Brian McLean with the only import still in the country this year, Brazilian Rafael Ramazotti also in the frame of finalising a move in time for the S League.
Former Premier League player Fagan, who has made 140 league appearances for Hull, could be the club’s marquee signing.
Ramazotti has been under consideration by the club for quite some time and looks to be in contention of playing for the club this term. He scored his first goal in the friendly against Air Force
Central FC in Thailand earlier this month.
Fagan’s previous employers were at Gillingham FC of which he made 18 appearances, scoring two goals.
Fagan was best known as a member of the Hull team that stormed into the Champions League places having taken 20 out of a possible 27 points in the 2008/2009 season.
The Yorkshire club subsequently struggled to cope with a sudden loss of form during the second part of the season, winning only two games more and narrowly escaping relegation despite a 1-0 defeat to a second string Manchester United, who have already won the title.
Brian McLean played most of his career in Scotland including spells at Motherwell, Falkirk, Dundee United and Ross County. He also played for Preston North End in his one and only season in England.
