THE 12 nights of Dikir commemorating the anniversary of the birth of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) by the Ministry of Health came to a close last night.
The event also saw a mass Maghrib and Isyak prayers to further enhance the Islamic values of such events.
The event was also held with the aims of further enlivening the mosque; to strengthen relations among the officers and staff at the Ministry of Health with the mosque congregants and villagers; to remember Prophet Muhammad’s (pbuh) birthday and to create unity and commitment among all staff in activities organised by the ministry.
The closing ceremony last night was held at the Lambak Kiri Mosque. The guest of honour at the event was the Minister of Health, Pehin Orang Kaya Johan Pahlawan Dato Seri Setia Hj Adanan bin Begawan Pehin Siraja Khatib Dato Seri Setia Hj Mohd Yusof.
Among the attendees were Hj Mahrub bin Hj Murni, Senior Special Duties Officer; directors; officers as well as staff and personnel from the ministry.
