KFC has two new reasons to frequent the popular fast food franchise – new crispier fries and the Black Pepper Mushroom burger.
With the success of the Thai Green Curry Chicken, KFC has decided to roll out the new Black Pepper Mushroom Burger and change their fries to a crispier version.
The succulent burger is made of KFC’s signature crispy Zinger fillet topped with warm black pepper sauce, tender shiitake mushrooms and freshly sliced onions sandwiched between a toasted sesame seed bun.
The new ‘simply fries-tastic’ French fries taste better and are crispier while retaining its usual price.
“Ever since it was introduced last month, the sales of fries had a 25 per cent increase with customers upsizing to the large fries even though we have yet to advertise it,” said Jonathan Bong, Senior Marketing Manager, KFC (B) Sdn Bhd. “There was a need to inform our supplier in advance to ensure that we get a constant supply of fries from them!”
