ANJUNG Saujana Restaurant conducted a cooking class yesterday in conjunction with the Malaysia Food Festival 2017.
The class led by local chefs, Chef Azhar and Chef Liza was attended by 20 participants.
The cooking class was made complimentary by the Royal Brunei Catering as a gesture of appreciation to customers for dining in during the Malaysia Food Festival from December 8, 2017 to January 14, 2018.
Among the dishes demonstrated were Mee Rebus and Bubur Cha Cha. The chefs demonstrated an engaging and informative cooking session for participants, followed by a food-tasting session at the end of the class.
