LOGITECH, a renowned brand in the world of gaming and digital peripherals, is currently looking to further expand its presence in the Brunei market with the launch of its first Logitech showcase yesterday at Concepts Computer, one of the largest and oldest IT retailers in Brunei.
The launch means the gamers will be able to get their hands on the largest range of Logitech products at Concepts Computer, including gaming mouse, gaming keyboard, gaming headsets, gaming joysticks, gaming controllers and steering wheels made specifically for PC car racing games.
Some of the gaming peripherals are traditionally wired but the more high-end ones will be available in wireless-connected format, making users’ gaming experience far better and untethered.
Additionally, computer game will not skip with the new Hyperion Fury, Furious Speed – the world’s fastest gaming mouse that comes with the resolution of 240-4000 dpi, maximum acceleration of >16G and maximum speed of >500 ips.
Logitech Country Business Manager (Malaysia, Philippines and Brunei) KP Sim noted, “This is the first concept show in Brunei and it emphasises on wireless products. There are a lot of hands-on demos for the customers. This is the first in Brunei. We are also introducing some new products here to share what kind of solutions we can provide to the Brunei market to maximise their digital experience.
“The new gaming mouse and Bluetooth speakers have been selling well in the Brunei market after we launched the product four months ago when I first visited Brunei.
“We are happy to be able to work with Concepts Computer General Manager Vincent Pao who is very committed to bring the latest Logitech products to the Brunei market,” he added.
In view of the growing demand for electronic games among youth, governments in the region have started to support the gaming industry by hosting Electronic Sport (E sport).
KP Sim did not cast-off the idea of cooperating with the Brunei government to establish E-Sport, saying, “We are open to discussions on the cooperation.”
With regard to Logitech products, he said, “Our warranty policy is that if there is a problem with the product, the customer has to go back to the point of purchase. This means that if a customer bought the product from Singapore, he has to go back to Singapore… if it was bought at Concepts Computer, he needs to go back to Concepts Computer.”
Meanwhile, Vincent Pao said, “We at Concepts Computer are not only renewing our vow to provide the best IT retail experience in Brunei Darussalam, but we would also like to provide the best in-store shopping experience through our showroom facelift.”
Concepts Computer Marketing Executive Zul Abdul Rahman added, “With Logitech, wireless is more – more freedom, more stability and more experience. We are not only relying on Concepts’ good name but also the international recognition that Logitech brings.”
To celebrate the introduction of the new line of Logitech products and facelift to the Logitech section of Concepts Computer, three models of Logitech mouse will be offered at a promotional price.
