THE Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Brunei has created its very own localised campaign called the ‘Happy Campaign’ yesterday at The Mall, Gadong outlet in the hopes to further provide customers with the best experience with Coffee Bean’s products, services and environment.
Present to grace the launching ceremony was the Managing Director of PAR Food and Beverage, Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran Anak Abdul Mun’im bin Pengiran Anak Tahiruddin.
YAM Pengiran Anak Abdul Mun’im said that the reason behind this campaign is to give a “positive vibe for our crew and outlets across Brunei and at the same time build stronger relationship with customers and sharing with them our happiness”.
Coffee Bean headquarters in California has recently also launched a new summer campaign called ‘Keep Cool and Summer On’.
The Coffee Bean Brunei decided to amplify this idea and add in some local ingredients and came out with ‘Happy Campaign’.
For the campaign, all Coffee Bean staff’s uniform has been changed to a brighter colour with ‘Happy’ messages. The company has looked into improving every small things, including the ‘food tags’ – giving it a facelift and making it more engaging to the customers.
“The main purpose is to tell everyone to smile, be cool and be happy and that great things are coming your way,” said YAM Pengiran Anak Abdul Mun’im.
In conjunction with the campaign, the Coffee Bean also launched several new menus and promotions yesterday including the Tea Latte and Ice Tea Latte by CBTL Tea Capsule, the Tea and Coffee Affogato on a Haagen Dazs ice cream scoop and 30 per cent discounts on all retail tea and coffee.
Also launching soon is the Tea Cappuccino, which is freshly made from CBTL machine and hi-tea packages during low peak hours (3pm to 6pm).
The ‘Happy’ message will be broadcast through all Coffee Bean outlets, billboards, social media, newspapers and radio commercials over a span of three months.
The official hashtag for the campaign is “#smilebehappybecool”.
The ceremony also saw an award presentation to Coffee Bean’s best performing outlet presented by YAM Pengiran Anak Abdul Mun’im to the respective branch managers.
