HAVE a sweet start to the Year of the Goat with a new selection of delightful pastries or savoury gourmet dishes prepared daily at The Coffee Bean Brunei.
The Coffee Bean Brunei has introduced six new dishes, prepared by experienced Head Chef Naza and Demi Chef Fadly.
The new dishes in the pastries menu include: the Jade Pastry, a flaky green tea croissant with red bean paste filling; the White Chocolate Raspberry, chilled cake with sweet raspberry syrup with cookie dough base; and the Mandarin Orange Cheese Cake, a creamy, light and fruity delicacy.
Meanwhile, new dishes in the gourmet menu include: the Prosperity Salad, a salad mix with grilled chicken and mandarin orange; Red Treasure, a pita packet filled with chicken Char Siew and mix vegetables; and Chinese Five Spice pasta, a seafood spaghetti with five different spices.
“We use fresh ingredients to bake our pastries and nutritious spices to make the perfect meal for our customers,” said Head Chef Naza, who was accompanied by his assistance, Demi Chef Fadly during an interview with local media recently.
“We hope to bring cheers through these dishes, as we added flavours suited for the local market. We hope that we can serve more special dishes in the future,” added the chefs.
All new menus are currently available at all Coffee Bean branches for a limited time only.
