CHOICES Restaurant, The Brunei Hotel, whipped up with a new ala-carte menu for its diners.
The new menu is created and prepared by Executive Chef Dian Indria who is renowned for his modern concept of haute and healthy cuisine with a signature touch of oriental flavours.
His latest creations are well-suited to the local taste buds as he uses and combines the freshest quality ingredients.
These ingredients enables him to create dishes that highlights the layers of flavours and contrasting textures.
Dian Indria incorporates his specialties and skills to create aged corn-fed beef, which diners have the option of either a five oz or eight oz portions.
Also among the new dishes are tenderloin medallions topped with Camembert cheese; grilled tiger prawns served with tossed vegetables and quinoa; steak sandwich topped with sunny side-up served with fries and coleslaw; and the restaurant’s signature Surf ‘N’ Turf comprising scallops and slow braised short rib.
