CHARCOAL BBQ & Grill Restaurant is introducing Britain’s popular dish, the London Fish & Chips.
Customers can choose from four types of fish offered; the Herbs and Cheese breaded Sea Bass, Cheese stuffed Barramundi, Crispy battered Hoki Fish and Crispy battered Butter Fish; each of which are paired with their own suitable sauce and served together with deep fried chips and the English mushy peas.
Fish are known as a valuable source of protein, fibre, iron and vitamins. According to TV host Dr Oz, the Barramundi is one of the ‘5 Super Foods to Eat’ for its anti-ageing, immune boosting and cancer fighting properties, while the Sea Bass is low in calories and an essential source of omega 3.
Each fish dishes are slathered with a special batter that seeps into the fish’s tender meat, giving patrons a whole new outlook on Britain’s fried favourite.
Patrons can also choose from the selection of four different sauces to complement the dish; Hollandaise sauce, traditional curry, caramelised onions butter or home-made tartar sauce.
The London Fish & Chips will be available for a limited time only; however, the restaurant will make it a permanent menu depending on the feedback from patrons.
