THE Brunei Darussalam-Thailand Joint Exhibition was officially launched yesterday at Level 2 of The Mall Gadong. The expo will be open to the public until Saturday, September 20.
Present to launch the exhibition was Haji Mohd Rozan bin Dato Paduka Haji Mohd Yunos, Permanent Secretary (Media & Cabinet) at the Prime Minister’s Office as well Dr Chaisorn, the head of delegation cum Permanent Secretary at Thailand’s Prime Minister’s Office.
Bearing the theme ‘One Heart, One Community’, the exhibition revolves around the visions and missions of Asean in becoming a united community by 2015 as well as the efforts put into motion in realising the Asean goal.
Held for the sixth time since its inauguration in 2006, the exhibition serves as part of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam and the Government of The Kingdom of Thailand in the area of Information and Broadcasting.
The Joint Exhibition Programme 2014 was organised in line with the 13th Joint Technical Committee Meeting under the Memorandum of Understanding between the two governments.
