In an interview, the advisor of the team, Shamsul bin Haji Saman, said that their participation will help motivate them to better prepare for a more challenging adventure next year, which is The Most Beautiful Thing (TMBT) 100-km Ultra Trail Marathon in Kota Kinabalu, where they are expected to participate in the 25-km and 50-km categories.
Preparations have been ongoing for the last three months and the runners’ achievements will only be based on their personal best time in their respective categories.
