THE Brunei National Badminton Association (BNBA) and Yonex Co Limited and Sunrise & Co (Pte) Ltd Singapore (Yonex Singapore) yesterday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the aim of ensuring continued cooperation in improving local skills in the sport.
Held at the Persatuan Guru-Guru Melayu Brunei (PGGMB) building in the capital, the signing saw BNBA President Haji Antin bin Ahad representing the association, while Yonex Singapore was represented by its Assistant Regional Promotion Manager, Tey Mee Mee.
With the signing, Yonex Singapore will also continue to be the main sponsor of badminton events in Brunei and supply branded badminton equipment for a further five years. The MoU signing was the third to be held between both parties.
