BEE Motors Sdn Bhd hosted its first open test drive event yesterday for its existing and potential customers.
Deputy General Manager Sharol Nizam bin Hj Ismail, said the test drive event aimed to promote Volvo range model 2015 and its safety features, including the City Safety System.
“As every year is a safety year at the Volvo cars and one of the vital requirements by the Department of Land Transport (LTD) is safety, the test drive served to highlight the many safety features of the range model 2015,” he said.
With Volvo committed to real-life safety, Bee Motors as the representative of Volvo in the country, along with other members of the Brunei Automobiles Traders
Association (BATA) will be collaborating with the LTD in a Safety Campaign, scheduled to take place coming April.
The General Manager also pointed out that the test drive was a part of their sales strategy for maintaining their existing customers and for drawing in new customers.
The highlight of yesterday’s test drive was the Volvo V40 Cross Country with the new 4-cylinder, 2L Drive-E powertrains.
The V40 CC also features the new connected infotainment system Sensus Connect and can be specified with the improved top-of-the-line Premium Sound system by Harmon Kardon.
