A 29-MEMBER delegation from Bangladesh’s National Defence College (NDC) made a study visit to the Attorney General’s Chambers (AGC) at the Law & Court Building yesterday.
Led by Air Vice-Marshal M Sanaul Huq, the delegation was welcomed by Legal Draftsman Alice Khan binti Ahmad Khan.
Also present were heads of divisions and senior officers of the AGC.
The delegation was briefed on Brunei’s criminal justice system by Hajah Zuraidah binti POKPIDP Awang Hj Sidek, Senior Legal Officer.
Among the objectives of the visit were to discuss the geostrategic imperatives, defence policies, higher direction of national security and development strategies.
It also aimed to gain an insight into the national security processes and national security management, economic, domestic and foreign policies and interface between civil and military authorities.
