BAKER Hughes EHO Brunei recently organised a cleaning campaign to support health and community service as part of the company’s commitment to the country.
The event was lead by Abdul Khalid Hj Jalil, Baker Hughes HSE Manager, and was offically launched by the Village Head of Kampong Pandan C, Hj Affendy Awg Damit. Members of Kampong Pandan C Consultative Council also participated in the event.
Hj Affendy emphasised the need for cooperation from other organisations to maintain the cleanliness of the park on a regular basis and to ensure the park is safe and clean for public use.
The village head also expressed his appreciation for the support that Baker Hughes provided to the cleaning campaign and called for more similar events in the future.
Baker Hughes is dedicated to being actively involved in environmental projects in the community. The cleaning campaign is in line with Baker Hughes’ goal of enabling safe and affordable energy, and improving people’s lives.
