LOCAL Audi dealer TCY Motors Sdn Bhd is in the midst of preparations for the 5th Audi quattro Cup Brunei amateur golf tournament at the Empire Golf & Country Club on Oct 18-19.
Once again as with the first, second and fourth editions, TCY Motors will present donations to a chosen local charity body. To date, the Audi quattro Cup Brunei has donated close to $80,000 in total to local charities and NGOs since its inaugural tournament as part of its corporate social responsibility.
The championship Brunei team from this year’s tourney will be playing against international competitors at the United Arab Emirates Jumeirah Golf Estates East Course from December 7-11.
For over two decades, Audi has been engaged in promoting the game of golf and has in turn created the largest amateur tournament series in the world in the Audi quattro Cup.
After nearly 100,000 participants played over 900 tournaments in 54 countries around the world, the Audi quattro Cup season will wrap up in Dubai with 60 teams participating including Brunei.
An unforgettable experience awaits the world’s best amateur golfers. The highlights: two tournament days on the course that hosted the DP World Tour Championship two weeks before, exclusive Audi Driving Experience, a golf clinic with trick shot world champion Geoff Swain, gala evening in the legendary Burj Khalifa and accommodation in the one and only Royal Mirage Resort.
