IN CONJUNCTION with Brunei Darussalam’s 31st National Day, Royal Brunei Catering (RBC), through Anjung Saujana together with Seasons Restaurant will be opening up their doors to patrons for a Hi-Tea buffet on February 23. Anjung Saujana’s Hi-Tea will run from 2.30pm until 5pm.
The half-day event will see local food specialties presented at Anjung Saujana and Cilantro’s, including dishes such as rojak buah, garden salad, curry noodles, local fried rice, ambuyat with a range of condiments, a variety of sandwiches at the ‘Sandwhich Station’, ice kacang and a wide assortment of local cakes.
RBC Dining Privilege Card members are entitled to a 10 per cent discount on their total bill.
The Seasons Restaurant Hi-Tea buffet will commence at 2.30pm and run until 5.30pm.
Their menu for the day includes rojak buah penang, mixed fritters including banana, sweet potato and yam, nyonya lasksa with an assortment of condiments, chicken rice, grilled beef patties, fried meehoon, murtabak kosong with dhall sauce, bubur kacang hijau with sago and red bean buns.
