A TWO-METRE long crocodile was spotted yesterday at the Kedayan Riverbank below the Gadong Bridge.
A waitress at a nearby restaurant speaking to the Bulletin said that she would see the reptile around the area before opening the restaurant.
“I normally see the reptile’s tail in the river but this is the first time I came across the reptile in full scale,” she said.
Restaurant goers were alerted over the presence of the crocodile caught sunbathing during the low tide yesterday morning and appeared unshaken by the curious crowd.
Members of the public are urged to be cautious of the reptile, especially anglers who are usually seen fishing below the bridge.
